Task 3: The Importance of Communication Skills for Engineers

What can I infer from this quote?

Communication plays a vital role in the workforce, without it, it will then affect one's competency to express or even lead others in the company.

My thoughts on employment:

Each employer has a right to accept or reject an interviewee depending on how well they did during the interview. Sometimes, no matter how good the individual's certifications and qualifications are, communicating will always be important. Hence, the purpose of the interview - to assess the ability on how well they can communicate, to connect with the interviewers and also to see how quick thinking they are.

Development and validation of a smart HVAC control system for multi-occupant offices by using occupants’ physiological signals from wristband.  Energy and Buildings ,  214 , 109872.  https://doi.org/10.1016/j.enbuild.2020.109872 In this article, Deng and Chen (2020) focus on the usage of wristbands on occupants in order to collect data from a human. The article primarily discusses how to achieve the optimal thermal comfort for each occupant.
